Start with what you’ve noticed

Something not quite right?

You do not need to diagnose it yourself. A few details help us understand what needs looking at.

01

Not cooling or heating?

Tell us what you have selected on the controller, what the system is doing instead and when the problem began.

02

Water where it should not be?

Let us know where you can see the water and whether it appears while the unit is running or afterwards.

03

An error code or flashing light?

Make a note of the exact code or light sequence. Include the make and model if you can read them safely.

04

An unfamiliar noise?

Describe the sound, which unit it comes from and whether it is constant or only happens at certain times.

Please do not remove covers or attempt electrical or refrigerant repairs to gather this information. Share only what you can observe safely.

Clear advice · Considered repairs

An assessment.
Then a plan.

We separate finding the problem from agreeing the repair, so you understand what is proposed.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the system

Send your postcode, make and model if known, the number of affected units and a description of the problem. We’ll discuss availability, access and the visit terms.

  2. 02

    Investigate the fault

The diagnostic visit focuses on the reported problem. The checks depend on the equipment, symptoms and safe access available.

  3. 03

    Agree the next steps

We explain the findings and proposed work. Where parts or a return visit are needed, we discuss the scope and costs with you before proceeding.

The right work for your system

Repair, maintain
or replace?

A fault does not automatically mean a new system. The condition of the equipment, repair options and your requirements should guide the decision.

Before you book

Your questions, answered.

Can you look at equipment you did not install?

Send us the make, model if known, approximate age and a description of the fault. We will confirm whether we can help before arranging a visit.

Is a repair included in a routine service?

A maintenance visit and a diagnostic or repair appointment are different scopes of work. Tell us about known faults when you enquire so we can discuss the appropriate visit and any separate costs.

Can you confirm a price before visiting?

We can discuss the diagnostic visit once we know the system, location and access requirements. A repair price may need an assessment first. No fixed call-out fee or repair price is advertised here; ask us for the terms before booking.

Will it be fixed on the first visit?

That depends on the fault, access and whether suitable parts are needed and available. A diagnostic visit may lead to a separate repair appointment; we will explain the next steps.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Bedford and work across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas. Send your postcode so we can confirm availability and any travel arrangements.
